Building Performance Consultant

Richard has worked in the mission critical facilities and sustainability sector in client facing roles for well over a decade. He is accredited as a CIBSE low carbon design consultant which focuses on building comfort and is proficient in IES dynamic thermal modelling to study potential overheating, ventilation and natural daylighting strategies. Richard advises on BREEAM projects helping clients to achieve excellent. He also works in synergy with RIBA plan of works and more recently has successfully enabled clients to achieve RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge targets. He has a wide range of project experience across the commercial, mixed use, health, education, hotels and leisure sectors as well as residential experience from new large scheme developments to one-off houses for both new and listed buildings.
